Thanks, it makes me feel better knowing that people are thinking of me. I really do feel unmotivated from this arthritis right now, I really didn't expect to get it even though it runs in my family. It's very rare for someone of my age and gender to get goat, but I think this is another test to show me how strong I am. I'll get through it, I just have to make better diet decisions and stop being so down on myself. And your right, I'm not striving for perfection I'm striving for progress and every little bit counts toward a healthy and happy me. How are things going with you?
Awe Thanks Rebeckah for the nice comment! I really haven't been into it lately, but like you said, i'm definitely giving myself a pat on the back for still doing it. What type of routine did you do to get your looking like that.... a lot of strength training? A personal trainer? Hints please lol...
I know i've already commented on your before and after pics but i gotta say it again...u look amazing! I'm jealous actually lol. Congrats on your weight loss! feel great doesn't it!!
Holy cow you look really awsome!! To look half that good in a bathing suit would make me happy!! I have a long way to go. You make me want to stick with WW!! Thanks for the inspiration!
Hey, I saw that you added me and was curious about your space. I think you will find that by keeping track of your weightloss journey, it allows you to reflect and figure out where you went wrong to keep or get you back on track. I started my weightloss space almost 2 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did. I'm only 29.5lbs away from reaching my 100lb goal. I am a completely different person now and I hope you feel that way about yourself too. It blows my mind how many people have messaged me about my space and telling me how it has helped them motivate themselves in thier own weightloss journey. I hope it does the same for you or at least gives you some ideas and tips to keep yourself motivated to reach your weightloss goals. Weightloss will always be a struggle for me because my gens haven't allowed me to be a naturally fit person, but I know that by making healthy lifetyle changes and setting a strong foundation I will reach my goals.. Good luck in your journey and feel free to comment, ask questions, or get tips off my space or from me..... Stacey, :)
